While creating "My TPACK Journey" eBook, I learned how to create an effective technological presentation. Many online presentation sites offer a wide variety of fonts, effects, activites, and images, yet the most effective presentation is not one that incorporates all of these styles but one that shows a few, repeated styles. The eBook as an activity type for Project-Based Learning allows students to demonstrate their own personal learning and their own styles while using their technological interests. Whether using an eBook for an end product or for exit card reflections, it is much more engaging than the standard pencil-and-paper methods. Many students have a knack for technology and are able to adapt to new software quite quickly, yet there is a crucial need for media literacy. Once students understand the importance of crediting others for their work, the use of eBooks can become a safe way to complete projects within multiple subject areas.
